We review or design the project
Before installing anything, we study your project. If you already have a project, we review it and detect potential problems before they arise. If you don’t have one, we design it ourselves with our in-house engineering.
Fixed and itemised quote
You receive a breakdown by project, materials, and labour. The price we agree on is the price we invoice: it only changes if you change the scope.
One single point of contact, from start to finish
If anything comes up, you speak with the person who knows your project. Not with a call centre or someone seeing it for the first time.
Coordination with other trades
We speak directly with the other teams on site so that the HVAC installation does not cause delays or conflicts with electrical, plumbing, or masonry work.
Handover with all documentation in order
We deliver the tested installation with the RITE documentation ready, so it doesn’t hold up any licences. If you wish, we can then continue with an annual maintenance contract.

HVAC and air conditioning. We design each installation based on the building’s actual thermal loads, not generic tables. We calculate demand, select equipment according to its seasonal performance (SEER/SCOP), and guarantee compliance with RITE throughout the project. We assess indoor air quality according to UNE 171330 standard and prioritise efficient solutions: heat pumps, VRV/VRF systems, or hydronic installations.

Heating. We design thermal installations with high-efficiency generators: aerothermal heat pumps, condensing boilers, or centralised systems in accordance with CTE-HE. We analyse the thermal inertia of each building and the most suitable emission system —radiators, underfloor heating, or fan-coils— to achieve precise sizing and leave the installation ready for integrating renewable energies.

Ventilation. We develop controlled mechanical ventilation projects, single or double flow with heat recovery, calculating flow rates, air changes per hour, and network balancing in accordance with RITE and CTE-HS. Well-calculated ventilation improves the building’s actual comfort and reduces the load on the entire installation.

Domestic Hot Water (DHW). We design efficient DHW systems using specific heat pumps, solar thermal energy, or centralised production with high-efficiency exchangers, calculating accumulation volume and flow rates according to regulations and actual use. We always include a maintenance strategy to prevent hygiene and health risks, such as legionella.
