What we offer

HVAC Projects. We draft the technical report, calculations, and plans required for any type of building: residential, commercial premises, industrial warehouse, or office. Signed by a competent technician and ready for submission to the relevant authority.

Delivery within 12 working days from receipt of documentation.

Legalisation of Installations (RITE). If you have an HVAC installation completed and need to legalise it with the Junta de Andalucía (Regional Government of Andalusia), we handle all the documentation and processing.

Delivery within 5 working days from receipt of documentation.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). We issue energy certificates for buildings or premises, required for sales, rentals, or activity licences.

Delivery within 5 working days from receipt of documentation.

Technical Consultancy and Project Review. We analyse the viability of an HVAC solution before you decide, or review an already drafted project to detect potential issues before execution.

Timeline according to project scope; we will confirm it on the first call.

Documentary Procedures and Subsidies

Do you only need an energy certificate, an opening licence, or to legalise a single installation? We do that too. No contract or ongoing commitment required.
